AtootRishtey.Com offers you wide-ranging easy payment options -
- Credit cards. We accept all leading credit cards.
You can directly charge online or fax us the details.
     
- AtootRishtey.Com Collection Centres. Pay cash / cheque
at any AtootRishtey.Com Collection Centre and activate your order
instantly. To locate your nearest centre, click
here
 
- Cash payment at UTI Bank. Walk into UTI Bank's Cash
Management branch in your city, and pay cash. This service
is currently available in 150
cities across India.
- Free home collection of your cheque / draft. This
service is currently available in 60
cities across India.
 
- Cheques by mail. You can mail us your cheque / draft,
clearly stating your Profile ID and Order ID. postal
address
- Net banking. You can pay us via the net banking service
of leading Indian banks.
Citibank, ICICI Bank, HDFC Bank, UTI
Bank, Oriental Bank of Commerce, Centurion Bank, IDBI Bank,
Federal Bank, Bank of Punjab
- MINC drop boxes in Mumbai. Drop your cheque / draft
into MINC drop boxes placed in all major suburban railway
stations.

Yes, 100% Secure! Your credit card information is entered on a
Secure Server using SSL Technology and 128 Bit Encryption which
is one of the highest level of security provided by websites.
The information is transmitted in an encrypted fashion to our
payment gateway and your card is charged online. Finally, to provide
the highest level of security, we do not store your credit card
information on our online server at any time.

a Debit Card?

I placed an order,
and afterwards I was given an Order ID. What is an Order ID?
The Order ID uniquely identifies the matrimonial order placed
by you. After you are given the Order ID, be sure to make a note
of it and save it for later reference. When you correspond with
the Customer Relations team at AtootRishtey.Com your Order ID will help
the team to quickly track your order details.

How long does
it take to activate my matrimonial account after I place an order?
If you pay for the order using a credit card, then the account
is activated within 12 hours. But if you pay using a cheque, demand
draft or a bank draft then the account is activated within 5 working
days.

I have already
paid for my premium membership but my matrimonial account is still
not active. Why?
If you have sent us your payment via demand draft it is possible
that we have not received the payment yet. Your Premium Matrimonial
Membership will be activated only once we receive the payment.
We will notify via email you once we receive payment and activate
your premium Membership. So please be patient.
Optionally, if you made payment via your credit card online, and
your account is still not active, then it is possible that we
suspect a violation of our service agreement or require some more
information from you. Also, it sometimes takes upto 12 hours for
notification to reach us. Once again, we will get in touch with
you via email regarding the status of your account so please be
patient.

What is the refund
policy of the AtootRishtey.Com matrimonial service?
Since AtootRishtey.Com allows it's members to communicate with other
members before they pay, we generally do not refund membership
fees. This policy while providing value for money for AtootRishtey.Com
members also ensures that the company is protected. Any exceptions
to this policy will be made at the sole discretion of AtootRishtey.Com
management.
